Isabelle Goetz - Owner:
For over two decades, Isabelle has been cutting and styling hair. At the age of 15 Isabelle started working at a salon in her hometown of Belfort, France. In 1993 Isabelle was recruited by Sylvain Melloul, the then-owner of Visage Express. Isabelle quickly established a reputation for her skills at hairstyling and working with clients to make them look their best. In 1999 Isabelle had the opportunity to work with, then First Lady of the United States, Hillary Clinton. Isabelle was recognized as transforming Clinton’s hairstyle. Ms. Clinton, now Secretary of State, remains a client today. Other clients include John Kerry, Claire Shipman, and Jordan’s Queen Rania. As of June 2010 Isabelle became owner of OKYO Salon and looks forward to sharing her talent on a day to day basis at her own place. |

Dimitri Ferrer - Senior Stylist/Colorist:
The award-winning and highly experienced senior stylist, Dimitri, has joined the staff of Okyo Salon in Georgetown – Washington, DC.
A graduate of the Toni & Guy Academy, Dimitri’s name is well-known, having built his reputation as a hair designer and expert colorist, enabling him to offer recommendations to clients. Two key elements that define his professionalism are his expertise in the field and his strong understanding of customer service. Dimitri has appeared in the 2008 edition of “How Not To look Old,” and gained national recognition as a hairstylist in 2003’s Allure Magazine -September Edition. Throughout his career, he has participated and won many international beauty shows, which speak to his continued dedication to be on the cutting edge of hair design and color innovation. |
